The rest of the best festival of Bengali Durga Puja is just a few days away. In the meantime, the Bangladesh government has removed the Teesta issue and exported 500 tons of hilsa fish to Bengal till October last year. Food-loving Bengalis say hilsa - this time too 1500 tons of Padma hilsa will be imported. After such a long wait, Padma Hilsa of Bangladesh has started entering India. Hilsa fish with pineapple


Ingredients: 1. Hilsa fish 8 pieces 2. Onion 2 t 3. Rasunbata 4 kua 4. 1 teaspoon of washing powder  5. Chili paste 1 tablespoon 6. Mustard oil 40 grams 6. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon 6. Dried chilli 8 t 9. Raw chilli slices 5 to 10. A pinch of turmeric powder 11. Pineapple sprouts a cup 12. Like salt to taste


Method: Wash the hilsa fish pieces well. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, lightly fry the fish. Then fry the dried chillies in hot oil.



Then fry garlic paste, onion paste, raw chilli, ginger paste, dhone powder one by one and add salt and turmeric according to your taste. Then cover with Anas Bite or Anas juice and a little water, boil it a little and add a little sugar.

After that, boil the fried fish for 10 more minutes. Make pineapple hilsa very easily in this way. And surprise the family by making new recipes.
