How to make egg-fingers recipe



Ingredients:

1. Egg-3 

2. Salt-2 pinches  

3. red chilli powder- 2 pinches  

4. black pepper powder-2 pinches  

5. cornflower-for coating 

6. Breadcrumbs-for coating 

7. milk- for coating 

8. refine oil for frying.   

Method: 

in a bowl add egg,salt,black pepper and red chilli powder.

beat well to create the smooth texture of egg.

now in an aluminum cotainer  ( u can add any heat-proof container)  pure the beaten egg. 

now in a pan, bowel water.

place the egg container in boiling water and cover for five minutes until the egg hardens.

after five minutes, check with knife and take it out if the eggs are fully hard.

cut the egg in vertical strips or in finger cut.

now one by one coat the egg finger with cornflower then dip in milk and then coat with breadcrumbs.

repeat the step for other finger .

fry the egg finger on medium temperature. 

take out on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

egg finger are ready to serve.
