Jaipur, Nov 10, 2025 — Manika Vishwakarma, a 22-year-old model from Rajasthan, has been crowned Miss Universe India 2025 and will represent the country at the 74th Miss Universe pageant, scheduled to be held in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand on November 21, 2025.

Born in Sri Ganganagar and currently residing in Delhi, Manika is a final-year student at Delhi University, pursuing a dual major in Political Science and Economics. She received the national title from outgoing Miss Universe India 2024, Riya Singh, in a glittering ceremony held in Jaipur.

Before clinching the national crown, Manika earned the prestigious title of Miss Universe Rajasthan, showcasing her consistent excellence in the world of beauty pageants.

Beyond her academic and pageant achievements, Manika is a trained classical dancer and a passionate painter. Her artistic talents have been recognized by institutions such as Lalit Kala Akademi and JJ School of Art.

Manika is also a vocal advocate for neurodivergence. She is the founder of NeuronoNova, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about conditions like ADHD and reshaping public discourse around neurodiversity.

The upcoming Miss Universe 2025 event will see Denmark’s Victoria Thailvig, the reigning Miss Universe 2024, pass on the crown to her successor. India holds a proud legacy in the global pageant, with three past winners: Sushmita Sen (1994), Lara Dutta (2000), and Harnaaz Sandhu (2021), who ended a 21-year wait for the title.
