  1. Select your State.

  1. Choose Print Driving Licence from the In-to Driving Licence Menu


  1. After clicking to print driving licence option, new windows appear

  1. The instructions for applying for your driving license will be sent to you.


  1. Click on Continue


  1. To generate an OTP, enter your mobile number.


  1. Now, enter the OTP you've received on your phone number and hit the AuthenticateWithSarathi.


  1. If you have a learner's license, select the Holding Learner’s Licence option and enter your number and date of birth. If you are eligible, you can choose the Holding Foreign DL and Holding Defence Licence options.


  1. Click on OK.


  1. Fill out the application and choose a date to visit your nearest road transport office (RTO).
