IGNOU Exam Notice: Urgent Announcement Regarding December 2025 Term-End Examination

Kolkata, November 30, 2025: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced that its December 2025 Term-End Examinations (TEE) will commence on December 1, 2025 and continue until January 14, 2026.
Dr. Sujata Dutta Hazarika, Senior Regional Director of IGNOU Regional Centre Kolkata, informed that a total of 20 examination centres have been set up in the region. Among these, one centre has been specially arranged inside the Presidency Correctional Home to facilitate examinations for jail inmates.
Hall tickets/admit cards have already been issued to eligible learners who applied for the Term-End Examination. These can be downloaded from the official IGNOU website: www.ignou.ac.in.
Authorities have clearly stated that mobile phones and other electronic gadgets will not be permitted inside the examination halls. Dr. Hazarika emphasized that all necessary arrangements have been completed to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations and urged students to strictly follow the rules and guidelines.
