Ritabhari Chakraborty celebrates Kali Puja in true #TraditionOfTogetherness style
Joins Katrina Kaif and Wamiqa Gabbi as part of Kalyan Jewellers’ #TraditionOfTogetherness festive campaign
Kolkata, November 10, 2020: Dedicated to the Hindu goddess Kali, Kali Puja stands out as a festival that is most awaited and celebrated widely by the Bengali community. Ritabhari Chakraborty - actor and Kalyan Jewellers regional brand ambassador, joins Katrina Kaif and Wamiqa Gabbi as they keep the #TraditionOfTogetherness going this festive season.
Ritabhari Chakraborty, known for her sartorial choices, took to Instagram to post a short video of her preparing for the Kali Puja festivities in an authentically traditional avatar. On her Instagram she said, “Kali Pujo eshe gelo. Shubhechha shobaike. Our #TraditionOfTogetherness is what makes every celebration special. Dressed in a traditional Bengali outfit – the Korial saree, Ritabhari is adorning an exquisite set from Kalyan Jewellers’ newly launched Ameya collection. Inspired from ancient paintings of Hindu deities posing in their palace, the pearl-beaded haar and ruby-studded jhumkas beautifully showcase the elegance and grace which is usually associated with the bygone era.
In the video, we see Ritabhari getting ready before for the festivities and decorating the house with diyas, putting together the puja thali to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Kali Puja with friends and family members – a #TraditionOfTogetherness – at home.
